Broad Tech Co. accepts Visa, Master and few other Card go through by Paypal.

PURCHASE ORDERS
We do not accept institutional purchase orders at this time (military, government, schools and universities).
We cannot accommodate all special shipping requests.
Please inquire before placing your order.
PARENTAL VERIFICATION OF ORDERS
Unestablished customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to verify any order placed by phone before an order will be processed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We will ship you the products EMS (Express Mail Service) or APP (Air Parcel Post).
Freight charge depends on the destination and the weight of the shipment.
You can check the shipping cost on online during the shopping.
Time in transit depends on the destination. Delays due to the payment processing are not responsibility of Broadtech CO.
You can trace your shipment with Post office web site.(Please use your EMS waybill trucking number.)
All EMS (Express Mail Service) and APP (Air Parcel Post) have a tracking number,You can check any time.
Customer is responsible for ALL custom/duty fees as determined by your country.
If you are unsure of the potential custom duty fee required by your country, please contact your custom department before proceeding with this order.
All AC electronic products required under each condition. Please follow the instruction.
PRICE MATCHING
We take pride in our pricing structure and do constant price comparisons to make sure that we offer the industry's best overall value.
If you find a lower price on a product prior to purchase somewhere else, please contact us and we'll do our best to match it.
Does not apply to close-outs, out-of-stocks or prices due to typographical or other errors. We reserve the right to adjust pricing solely at our discretion.

BACKORDERS
We cannot accept to keep your backorder in our side.
Either after you complete order pay by paypal.
We will refund the payment to you by Paypal for sold out items when your order ship out from warehouse.
You check the RE-ARRIIVAL, can order when restock again.
QUESTIONS ABOUT RECENTLY PLACED ORDERS
If you have placed an order with Broad Tech Co. recently and need some information about it, contact us through our online support.
Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order once it is placed.
You may check on the status of recently placed orders by our sending e-mail.
Once your order is invoiced, the shipping process is in progress, a package tracking number is provided and the shipment cannot be changed or canceled.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
Complete instructions for returning merchandise will be provided, please contact us first at broadtech@eaglemodel.com .
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Broad Tech Co., within 5 days after you received.
The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns via COD or any other collection method.
COD packages will be refused.
Packages billing Broad Tech Co.. without authorization will result in actual shipping charges billed back to sender unless other prior arrangements were made.
There is no restocking fee for qualified returns.
DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping.
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery.
If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately.
Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!
If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it may be considered defective.
The instructions on how to handle this type of return will different, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly.
Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition.

Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer's warranty and they will handle any problems for you directly.
Please do not return used merchandise without authorization.
If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you contact us first before taking any action.
SHIPPING
Broad Tech Co., uses a APP(Air Parcel Post) and EMS.
Since we charge a fix rate shipping for your speicifc order, we reserve the right to You can choose right shipping method.
Broad Tech Co., and/or carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery.
We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package.
You may contact the carrier for instructions on available options.
Once the package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise.

We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc.
